Former Hunter Biden business partner Tony Bobulinski blasted Representatives Jamie Raskin and Don Goldman today in his opening statement before the House Oversight Committee.
Bobulinski accused Raskin and Goldman of lying to the American public in order to protect the Biden crime family.
The House Oversight Committee is holding its second hearing today as part of its impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.

Tony Bobulinski Testifies that Hunter Biden Perjured Himself Multiple Times in Interview with Lawmakers
Hunter Biden perjured himself during his February closed-door interview with the House impeachment inquiry, former Biden business associate Tony Bobulinski testified Wednesday.
Bobulinski previously alleged that President Joe Biden is the “big guy” marked in a text message to receive a ten percent stake in a joint venture with CEFC China Energy Co., a company with close ties to the Chinese Communist Party.
Bobulinski provided examples to support his claim of perjury during his opening statement Wednesday morning.
In the first example, Bobulinski questioned the timing of when Hunter began to work with CEFC:
1. In Hunter’s transcript (Page 42), he states, “I officially began to do work for CEFC when the – when I received a retainer from CEFC in early – or spring of 2017”. Why, then, did Hunter yell at CEFC Executive Director Zang in front of his entourage as I sat right next to him in New York City on Sunday May 7th, 2017? Hunter was adamant that he was owed the rest of the $20 Million CEFC had committed to paying for the work he had claimed he had done in prior years.
In the second instance, Bobulinski argued that Hunter did not tell the truth when he claimed that President Joe Biden never interacted with Hunter’s associates:
2. On Page 48 of his transcript, Hunter is asked, “He’s never interacted with any of your business associates. Is that correct?” The “He’s” is a reference to Joe Biden. Hunter responds, “Yes”. Hunter arranged the meeting between his father and me at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles on May 2, 2017. The sole reason Hunter wanted me to meet his father was because I was the CEO of Sinohawk, the Bidens’ partnership with CEFC. I was a business associate. In his transcript, Hunter confirms that that meeting with Joe took place and incriminates his Uncle Jim for perjury by confirming it.
In the third case, Bobulinski said Hunter “lied” about leveraging Joe Biden to receive a $5 million payment from CEFC:
3. Hunter lied to the Committee about important details concerning his money demands and threats to CEFC on July 30 and July 31, 2017. He leveraged his father’s presence next to him in that infamous text in order to strong-arm CEFC into paying Hunter immediately and in the process defrauded the partners of Sinohawk Holdings LLC and Oneida Holdings LLC. The threat worked, as a few days later the Chinese wired $5 million dollars into a company of which Hunter owned 50%. It’s important to remember that CEFC considered this money an interest-free loan to the “Biden family”, and planned to send more. I have the email from CEFC to prove it.
Bobulinski also testified that Joe Biden was “more than a participant in and beneficiary of his family’s business.” Bobulinski said Joe Biden “was an active, aware enabler who met with business associates such as myself to further the business, despite being buffered by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability.”
“If there is no evidence of corruption – if Joe’s conduct and the conduct of his family were fully legal and proper – then why are they so dishonest about it?” Bobulinski asked. “Not just slight misrepresentations of fact but deep untruths about the entire corrupt enterprise.”

Chairmen, Ranking Members, and Members of Congress:Good morning! Thank you for this opportunity to speak with you and present my truthful testimony to the American people. I sit here today, under oath, for one reason and one reason only: the American people deserve to hear the truth. Our freedom to speak truth gives our country a powerful exceptionalism and distinguishes us from oppressive systems around the World. Though the truth involving the deep corruption of the Biden family – including the malfeasance of the sitting President of the United States – might be raw and unpleasant, the American people must hear it, can handle it and have the right to process it as they choose.
You are presented with two narratives in this investigation: A false one being pushed by Joe Biden, a serial liar and fabulist now under this impeachment investigation for public corruption; his brother Jim Biden, a 75 year old man who cannot keep his lies straight, including under oath; and his son Hunter Biden, a chronic drug addict facing two indictments with twelve counts. You also have before you the truth, confirmed by multiple Biden family business partners over many years and backed up by mountains of irrefutable evidence, including text messages, emails, documents and recordings.
I am the only Biden family business partner with an impeccable military record. I’m grateful that this country has given me the freedom to be successful. I worked hard to become independently wealthy. I have taken several businesses public, as well as sold multiple businesses to leading private equity firms. In fact, my business

success is why the Biden family enterprise sought me out. However, what they have done is repugnant to me.
I am here today because I am a patriot and a truth-teller. We keep hearing from certain corners that our “democracy is at risk” and that“democracy is on the ballot in 2024”, yet the same people preaching this mantra, who know better, continue to lie directly to the American people without hesitation or remorse. Representatives Dan Goldman and Jamie Raskin, both lawyers, and Mr.Goldman a former prosecutor with the Southern District of New York, will continue to lie today in this hearing and then go straight to the media to tell more lies. Hunter Biden’s defense attorney, Abbe Lowell, weaponizes letters to Congress to try to smear my name and misstate the cold hard facts in an attempt to save his powerfully connected client -and his father.
I challenge Mr. Lowell to make those claims on national television so he can be held accountable for his lies.The Biden defenders’ outrageous dishonesty and vile attempts at assassinating my character are as predictable as they are disgusting. As a former Naval officer, I do not understand this world of partisan outrage and insanity; I struggle to process it, and I despise it. Prior to my successful business career, I was an officer for over six years in the United States Navy’s elite Naval Nuclear Power Training Command as a decorated Master Training Specialist Instructor. I later served as the Command’s Chief Technology Officer, where I held a Q security clearance from the Department of Energy and from the National Security Agency. When I left NNPTC, I was the number-one-ranked Direct Input Officer (DIO) in the entire command in my final Navy Fitness Report, or FIT REP, and then jumped into the business world and public markets.

While I have made a few campaign contributions over the years to Democrats such as Representative Ro Khanna, a member of the Oversight Committee, I am not a political person. I come from a family with a long history of distinguished service in our nation’s military, including my father, both of my grandfathers and my brother, all of whom were willing to sacrifice their lives for the country they deeply loved.
My sister serves our military veterans through her nearly two-decade career with the Veterans administration. We have lived our life in service to our great country. I grew up the son of a career Naval Officer, CDR Robert Bobulinski, whom I loved dearly. I could not be more proud of my father’s long and distinguished service to our great nation. His father, Alex Bobulinski, served our country in the Air Force for four years. I am also the grandson of Army Intelligence Officer, Col. Fred B. Keller Jr., who, for more than thirty-seven years, fearlessly defended the United States all over the world and served in three different wars. My only brother, retired CDR Mike Bobulinski, is a twenty-eight-year combat-serving Naval Flight Officer, and my only sister, Stacia Bobulinski, has spent the last eighteen years serving U.S. military veterans across the country through the Veterans Administration to demonstrate her and our family’s gratitude to everyone who has risked their lives defending America.
I hope the American people will pay close attention to this hearing. I also hope they will understand that some Members of this Committee will engage in absurd attacks and efforts to try to deflect attention from the facts I will present by questioning my integrity, my patriotic duty to my country and my sole focus on simply telling the truth. Don’t fall for their disingenuous smokescreens and gas lighting. You may see me speak passionately at this hearing, but for good reason: not only was I willing to die for

this great country, every single male member of my immediate family was willing to die for it too.
There once was a time when this dais would have been filled with veterans of our exceptional military, yet we can’t find one on the Democratic side of the Oversight committee. Now, tragically, it is rare to find a former Member of the Armed Services serving in Congress, and most of them are concentrated in one party. Why do I focus on that? Well, you will witness the Democrats try to minimize my military service and my Q security clearance, while in the past they have made heroes out of military personnel who have politicized their service in a faithless, destructive way to advance their own interests and political agenda.I want to be crystal clear: from my direct personal experience and what I have subsequently come to learn, it is clear to me that Joe Biden was “the Brand” being sold by the Biden family. His family’s foreign influence peddling operation – from China to Ukraine and elsewhere – sold out to foreign actors who were seeking to gain influence and access to Joe Biden and the United States government. Joe Biden was more than a participant in and beneficiary of his family’s business; he was an active, aware enabler who met with business associates such as myself to further the business, despite being buffered by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability. If there is no evidence of corruption – if Joe’s conduct and the conduct of his family were fully legal and proper – then why are they so dishonest about it? Not just slight misrepresentations of fact but deep untruths about the entire corrupt enterprise.

Hunter Biden gave his transcribed interview to the House Oversight Committee on February 28 and lied throughout his testimony. Here is just one egregious example of his perjury: are just three key examples of his perjury:
1. In Hunter’s transcript (Page 42), he states, “I officially began to do work for CEFC when the – when I received a retainer from CEFC in early – or spring of 2017”.Why, then, did Hunter yell at CEFC Executive Director Zang in front of his entourage asI sat right next to him in New York City on Sunday May 7th, 2017? Jim Biden also lied extensively throughout his transcribed interview before theOversight Committee on February 21, and ironically, Hunter Biden – in his own testimony as outlined above – confirmed that Jim Biden perjured himself:
1. Jim has been selling “plausible deniability” for so many years he can’t tell truth from the lies. On Page 100 of his transcript, Jim is asked: “Do you recall having ameeting with Hunter Biden, and Tony Bobulinski and Joe Biden?”Jim’s response: “Absolutely not”.The Committee was so shocked by his perjury that they asked him the samequestion multiple times. Each time he denied meeting with me. After they tried to askthe question again in a slightly different way:”It’s your testimony here today that meeting never took place?”Jim responds, “Yes sir”, “that I was present for”.The Committee tried again: “Do you recall whether you were at the bar withHunter Biden, Tony Bobulinski and Joe Biden?”Jim responds: “That I know did not happen”.Jim adds further, “But my brother was never there”. On Page 134, delusional Jim Biden reiterates his untruthful answer again after the Committee showed him messages confirming I met with Joe Biden, Jim Biden states, “Joe Biden never met with Tony Bobulinski”.That is just a flat-out lie.

There are many other examples of Hunter’s and Jim’s lies, which I am happy to discuss during my testimony here today, and I hope this Committee will hold them accountable for their perjury before you.
2. On Page 124 of his transcript, Jim Biden states, “It was Hunter Biden, myself, Gilliar. I don’t know. It was the five. Okay? And everybody was 20 percent. Okay? You know what was never executed. It was never signed.”Jim was then presented with a fully executed copy of the Oneida Holdings operating agreement that he and I had both signed along with Hunter Biden, Mr. James Gilliar and Mr. Robert Walker. On Page 132, Jim tries to claim he was not a member of Oneida Holdings.Jim is so dedicated to his lies that he describes the Oneida document, a large legal document signed by the Biden business partners, as something that I might have come up with after drinking a “quart of gin” (Page 124). It’s absurd.
3. Jim Biden further lies by claiming “Bobulinski was trying to usurp and replace Hunter Biden.” (Page 123)Hunter Biden, Robert Walker, James Gilliar and Jim Biden asked me to step in as CEO of the business. I did not ask them. I tried to walk away from Sinohawk multiple times only to be convinced to stay on, including on one occasion by Jim Biden himself. The company was controlled by a Board of which the 4 of them could out-vote me on anything. They had control of the company. How are the American people supposed to get the unvarnished facts and truth when the son and brother of Joe Biden are willing to perjure themselves to protect the

family?
I hope this Committee will hold Hunter and Jim Biden accountable for the perjury they have committed before you.
Last but not least: why is Joe Biden blatantly lying to the American people? Why has he not simply leveled with the American people about all of the meetings, phone calls, emails and handshakes he has had with the Biden family’s U.S. and foreign business partners, including players from some of America’s most challenging adversaries such as China and Russia, as well as Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Romania and others. If he were doing nothing wrong, why go through this insane exercise of obstructing and denying obvious facts? The American people know why: because the Bidens are guilty of foreign influence peddling, and they can’t even get their stories coordinated.
I have been publicly presenting the same truthful statements for almost four years now. It is interesting that the “mainstream” media refuses to cover what I have to say and that no one from the Biden family – whose corrupt behavior I have consistently and publicly called out – has ever sued me for defamation. The Bidens and their lawyers, along with liars like Mr. Raskin, Mr. Goldman and a host of other Democrats, emphatically claim that I lied to the FBI. That is a criminal offense. The FBI interviewed me almost four years ago. Why haven’t they charged me? Because I obviously didn’t lie to the FBI and the claim is patently absurd and defamatory. I have also watched Ian Sams, who works for the American people in the WhiteHouse Counsel’s Office, ask why we need to hear Joe Biden’s special counsel interview on the classified documents matter versus simply reading the transcripts.

The American people deserve to hear the leaders of the Biden business syndicate discuss all of these facts and evidence in their own voices, as that will have a huge impact on how they will interpret what they have said. I have in my possession legal recordings for just that reason. I hope they will all testify publicly in the future.The reason we need to hear them testify in public is because the Chinese Communist Party through its surrogate, China Energy Company Limited, or “CEFC” – a CCP-linked Chinese energy conglomerate – successfully sought to infiltrate and compromise Joe Biden and the Obama-Biden White House. This process started in the Fourth Quarter of 2015 and continued through when Joe Biden left office in January 2017 to March of 2018 when CEFC Chairman Ye was detained for corruption in China,never to be seen again.The reason is because CEFC had been identified as a known surrogate of the Chinese Communist Party by the U.S. Government and prosecutors in the Southern District of New York as far back as 2016, possibly earlier.
The American people deserve to see and hear all of the FISA evidence the U.S. Government collected confirming CEFC’s corruption in 2015, 2016 and beyond.The reason is because Joe Biden was aware of the CEFC transaction, enabled it and had a constitutional responsibility and obligation to the American people to shut it down before it began. It is clear to any reasonable American that alarm bells should have been going off in the Obama-Biden White House and that Joe Biden should have been aware that his own administration had red-flagged CEFC as a tool of the Chinese Communist Party. This should have made any business transaction with CEFC a non-starter.

The reason is because the Biden family’s profiting of tens of millions of dollars from our strategic opponents and corrupt individuals and entities around the world -without delivering any goods or services and while putting in minimal effort and work – causes Americans to rightly question any policies from this administration that apparently benefit those same strategic opponents and corrupt individuals and entities.
Just read the latest motion by the Department of Justice related to Hunter Biden’s criminal indictments in California; the DOJ states that he made large sums of money forvery little work.The reason is because not a single member of the media has asked Joe Bide nwhy he met with me privately at the Milken Institute Global Conference on May 2 and 3,2017, knowing I was a business partner of his son and his brother, or why he thanked me and asked me to keep an eye on his son and brother. Why have most reporters refused to cover these basic facts? Why have they linked arms with this administration?
We all know the reason. And all of the facts need a full airing. This is why this hearing, and others like it, are critically important. I would encourage Congress to continue to gather all of the exact facts and dates. Don’t give up on the American people. Our country is worth fighting for! I was willing to die for it. The motto of Naval Nuclear Power Training Command where I served is “Knowledge, Integrity, Excellence”. I exceeded that high standard daily while I served and continue to live my life by those standards today. I was not kicked out of the Navy for cocaine use as Hunter was while I was doing business with Russian oligarchs, Chinese Communist Party-influenced companies and other bad actors. How was Hunter Biden able to conduct that business

with some of our worst adversaries while he was a sworn-in Naval Officer? I would encourage the Committee to get answers to that question.I am also not under two indictments for twelve criminal counts, as Hunter, the son of Joe Biden, is facing:
Felony Tax Evasion (26 U.S. 7201)
Two (2) counts Felony Tax Filing a False Return (26 U.S. 7206)
Four (4) counts of Failure to Pay Taxes (26 US 7203)
Two (2) counts of Failure to File Tax Returns (26 US 7203)
Two (2) counts of lying on a Federal firearm background check: (18 US 922(a)(6)and (a)(2); and (18 USC 924 (a)(1)(a)) and Possessing a Firearm while addicted to narcotics (18 US 922(g) (3) and 18US 924 (a)(2)).
Hunter Biden was invited by this Committee to tell his side and the Biden family’s side of the story. Unfortunately for him and the Biden family, their story is one of profound corruption, lies and perjury. It is no surprise that he is a no-show today,running like a coward from this opportunity to answer simple questions in public – a chance he was adamant about having and long said he wanted.
