Fosun Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer and BioNTech entered into an agreement for the co-development and distribution (excluding China) of a potential mRNA-based coronavirus vaccine
U.S. government documents reveal that the Department of Defense (DoD) partnered with a pharmaceutical company linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in developing and distributing the Pfizer / BioNTech “biological warfare agents marketed as ‘Covid-19 vaccines,’” according to a prominent researcher.
“It is curious that the US DoD awarded $10 billion … to a venture whose substantial equity (and IP) holder is the Chinese Communist Party,” wrote Sasha Latypova in a December 28 substack article.
Latypova is a former pharmaceutical executive with more than 25 years’ experience in the industry specializing in research and development. She has been a source of several important bombshell reports over the last year.
Lamenting that this association with the CCP had not received broader attention in the media and elsewhere, Latypova demonstrated how government officials sought to conceal this relationship through redactions in documents released to the public as a result of Freedom of Information (FOIA) lawsuits.
Including the image of one heavily redacted text concealing the name of a third party to an agreement with Pfizer and BioNTech for the “co-development and distribution” of a “coronavirus vaccine,” Latypova announced, “I know what is in the redacted part of the above paragraph and it was not hard to figure out.”
“Fosun Pharmaceuticals,” she stipulated, is the redacted entity. The sentence thus reads, “Fosun Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer and BioNTech entered into an agreement for the co-development and distribution (excluding China) of a potential mRNA-based coronavirus vaccine … ”
She confirmed this assertion with another document dated March 16, 2020, from BioNTech announcing that corporation’s “strategic alliance” with Fosun for development and commercialization of the gene-based injections.
Therefore, “Pfizer-BioNTech is really a 3-party R&D alliance: Fosun-Pfizer-BioNTech, and by ‘party’ I mean that one of the three is the Chinese Communist Party,” Latypova wrote. “Fosun is a huge Chinese conglomerate that owns a large number of global companies, and its chairman, Guo Guangchang, is a very high ranking member of the CCP.”
Cited by Forbes as being worth over $4 billion, Guangchang is a member of at least three organizations associated with the CCP, including the 12th Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference that under the supervision and direction of the CCP provides consultation and advisory input to CCP legislative bodies.
Latypova, who grew up in the Soviet Union, further clarified this point in an email correspondence with LifeSiteNews, stating, “In China, every large employer, especially in something strategic like biopharma sector, is controlled by the CCP.” The case was the same “in the Soviet Union, where each workplace had a ‘partorg,’ a representative supervisor from the Communist party, or a whole department of them.”
Other documents describe a global “pharmacovigilance” agreement for data sharing established among the three parties, with a fourth party, the Israeli Ministry of Health, added on January 6, 2021. As summarized by Latypova, these parties agree to “count the bodies and share the data with each other.”
In earlier presentations, the former co-founder of multiple research organizations who retired at a relatively young age reported on how the COVID-19 “vaccines” were fully produced, controlled, and distributed by the DoD, which managed to classify them not as medicines or pharmaceuticals but as “COVID countermeasures” under the authority of the military. This means they are not required to comply with U.S. law governing the manufacturing quality, testing, effectiveness, safety, and labeling of drugs or other medical products.
Yet even though these “countermeasures” did not fall under the regulatory and monitoring authority of the FDA and CDC, these agencies orchestrated a “fake theatrical” public relations performance giving the impression to an unsuspecting population that these standard safeguards were indeed in place.
In addition, with the pharmaceutical companies, the government agencies and more were involved in “a conspiracy to commit mass murder through bioterrorism and informational warfare operations worldwide,” Latypova asserted. “The evidence is overwhelming that there is an intent to harm people by the COVID 19 injections, so-called ‘vaccines,’ and other nonsensical COVID response measures implemented in lockstep by governments all over the world,” including lockdowns, mask mandates, and school closures, she said.
In order to accomplish these ends, the government put in place “pseudo-legal” structures over several decades that violate the U.S. Constitution, including citizens’ human rights, with the purpose of executing a “COVID-19 vaccine” bioterrorism attack upon its own citizens, killing and maiming many thousands with complete immunity for all agencies and corporations involved.
“When a known weaponizable tech is given a liability-free, extrajudicial status shielded from all regulations, it’s not hard to put two and two together,” Latypova wrote. “The national security, DoD and Intelligence officials absolutely knew all of this. They went ahead and authorized a $10 billion purchase order of this weaponizable tech from the Fosun-Pfizer-BioNTech enterprise (backed by numerous foreign governments including the Chinese), to deliver and deploy it onto Americans, during the time of war” (emphasis in original).
“The current war is the war of the global governments (plural), that only pretend to be at odds with each other,” she continued. In reality, they “are partners and co-investors into ‘joint ventures’ against us, people of the world. They use taxpayers’ money to fund, develop, then ‘approve,’ purchase and deploy prohibited biowarfare agents for killing and injuring their own civilian population, their own armed forces, first responders, healthcare workers, pregnant women and children.”
“To stop this, every one of us must start using correct precise language, start calling things what they really are,” Latypova concluded.

Pancreatic cancer rates skyrocket as Covid jabs and boosters send toxic spike protein prions into vital organs, including the pancreas, fueling turbo cancer
An alarming trend in cancer rates skyrocketing for perfectly healthy people has garnered major attention, even in reports published in peer-reviewed medical journals. What is being termed “turbo cancer” since the Covid vaccines hit the market may be the prime culprit of this disastrous increase in deadly cancer cases, including those of the pancreas, which has the lowest rate of survival of all cancers. Women under 55 years of age, mainly black women, are especially being targeted by pancreatic cancer, according to a report in the Gastroenterology journal recently, and scientists seem befuddled.

Of course, smoking, alcohol, and sugar abuse add to the chaos of cancer developing in the human body, and lifestyle changes can certainly make a difference in reducing the chances of ever having to fight that fight, but the medical journals consistently leave out a major factor over the past three years, regarding carcinogens in the blood stream. Spike proteins are the latest source of “feed” for cancer cells, and they’re being produced in the human body by the billions, thanks to mRNA “technology.”
Turbo cancer is the term for cancer cells, specifically T-cell lymphoma, that progress so rapidly, that they show up on PET/CT scans for cancer patients just days after getting the Covid Pfizer mRNA booster shot. According to a seasoned medical doctor in British Columbia, Dr. Charles Hoffe, the turbo-effect of spreading cancer cells through the lymph nodes can travel to the pancreas, feeding off spike proteins (prions) that lodge there.
The mRNA so-called “vaccines” (gene therapy injections) literally TURN OFF genes that fight cancer (P-53 genes), that are also referred to as the “guardians of the genome.” Dr. Hoffe is warning the world that the majority of Covid-vaccinated patients could experience critical health damage, including deadly pancreatic cancer, that accelerates exponentially due to the Covid jabs. Why?
The toxic spike proteins are recognized by the human immune system as enemies, foreign particles, created to resemble a deadly virus. The body is simply fooled by the mRNA RNA-changes, and is trying to attack those spike prions that have traveled throughout the body to cleansing organs, including the ovaries, brain, and yes, the pancreas. Hence all the new cases of severe inflammation.

According to the American Cancer Society, once someone is diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, they only have about a ten percent chance they’ll survive five more years, even with treatment (which usually involves more chemicals than the ones that caused it in the first place). The medical industrial complex is experimenting on humans with a gene-editing “treatment” that modifies human DNA to produce certain immune cells that can recognize and attack tumor cells. Yet, only four percent of pancreatic cancer patients even have the correct “mutation that responds to this treatment,” as documented in the New England Journal of Medicine.
Here’s a caveat. What most conventional doctors and oncologists don’t tell their patients suffering from pancreatic cancer is that only five percent of the cells are actually tumor cells, and the rest are the microenvironment. This is of prime importance because the spike proteins from Covid jabs actually impede oxygen flow to the vital organs due to their hyper-coagulation ability, as we’ve seen with the long, rubbery vascular clots removed during autopsies of the Covid vaccinated.
In other words, the pro-coagulant effects of pancreatic cancer precisely mimic the pro-coagulant effects of the spike protein. So, according to these studies, there’s microvascular destruction, cell suffocation, vascular blockage, and turbo cancer being induced by the Covid clot shots. The spike protein is literally inducing the phenotype of pancreatic cancer, adding to the chaos and possibly explaining the sharp rise in pancreatic cancer cases since the Covid mRNA clot shots have been administered. The microenvironment in the pancreas is being severely disrupted and manipulated for the worse, and this accounts for 90 percent of the development of cancer and the spread of existing cancer. Go figure.

Sensitive US military emails spill online
A government cloud email server was connected to the internet without a password
The U.S. Department of Defense secured an exposed server on Monday that was spilling internal U.S. military emails to the open internet for the past two weeks.
The exposed server was hosted on Microsoft’s Azure government cloud for Department of Defense customers, which uses servers that are physically separated from other commercial customers and as such can be used to share sensitive but unclassified government data. The exposed server was part of an internal mailbox system storing about three terabytes of internal military emails, many pertaining to U.S. Special Operations Command, or USSOCOM, the U.S. military unit tasked with conducting special military operations.
But a misconfiguration left the server without a password, allowing anyone on the internet access to the sensitive mailbox data inside using only a web browser, just by knowing its IP address.
Anurag Sen, a good-faith security researcher known for discovering sensitive data that has been inadvertently published online, found the exposed server over the weekend and provided details to TechCrunch so we could alert the U.S. government.
The server was packed with internal military email messages, dating back years, some of which contained sensitive personnel information. One of the exposed files included a completed SF-86 questionnaire, which are filled out by federal employees seeking a security clearance and contain highly sensitive personal and health information for vetting individuals before they are cleared to handle classified information. These personnel questionnaires contain a significant amount of background information on security clearance holders valuable to foreign adversaries. In 2015, suspected Chinese hackers stole millions of sensitive background check files of government employees who sought security clearance in a data breach at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.
None of the limited data seen by TechCrunch appeared to be classified, which would be consistent with USSOCOM’s civilian network, as classified networks are inaccessible from the internet.
According to a listing on Shodan, a search engine that crawls the web for exposed systems and databases, the mailbox server was first detected as spilling data on February 8. It’s not clear how the mailbox data became exposed to the public internet, but it’s likely due to a misconfiguration caused by human error.
TechCrunch contacted USSOCOM on Sunday morning during a U.S. holiday weekend but the exposed server wasn’t secured until Monday afternoon. When reached by email, a senior Pentagon official confirmed they had passed details of the exposed server to USSOCOM. The server was inaccessible soon after.

UCSD Researchers find UV Nail Polish Dryers Damage DNA, Cause Mutations
Irradiation from ultraviolet nail polish dryers used to dry and cure gel nails may increase the risk of developing skin cancer, researchers from the University of California posit in a report published last month. Their findings show that the artificial UV-A light emitted from these common devices is more harmful than previously understood.
Gel nail polish dryers and other UV devices often use light with UV-A wavelengths. This is because, while sunlight emits full spectrum UV light — including UV-A and UV-B wavelengths — the latter had been proven to directly damage and alter DNA. By avoiding the use of UV-B light in favor of UV-A, which had not been linked to direct DNA damage, it was believed UV devices were safe for use. Newfound research by UC San Diego scientists suggests otherwise; UV-A light has been found to indirectly damage DNA.
“With UV-B, it’s a one-step process; UV-B directly affects the DNA,” Assistant Teaching Professor of Neurobiology Dr. Melinda Owens explains. “What [they] found here is that with UV-A, it’s a two-step process; UV-A damages mitochondria, making them release reactive oxygen species.” Mitochondria are known to produce energy for the cell, but they also perform numerous other functions to reach homeostasis, like programmed cell death.
“The reactive oxygen species are damaging the DNA,” Owens continued. “This is important. Because … a lot of products use UV-A under the assumption that it’s safe, [and] that it doesn’t lead to cancer. They are saying, ‘Let’s back up. That’s not true.’”
Lead author of the study Dr. Maria Zhivagui, a postdoctoral scholar of environmental toxicology specializing in cancer research, describes these aforementioned reactive oxygen species as dangerous when released by the mitochondria, rendered dysfunctional by the UV-A dryer.
“Reactive oxygen species … are small, very tiny molecules that have a really high energy,” Zhivagui said. “They’re usually charged. And they can attack everything in your cell, all the compartments in the cell; they can attack the protein, the DNA, the RNA, [and] the lipids.”
This, both Owens and Zhivagui remarked, is called oxidative, or stress, damage. Zhivagui and her team recognized that the oxidative damage was linked to mitochondria dysfunction, inhibiting the cell from repairing itself. This leads to DNA damage, particularly to the production of proteins, Owens explains. Further, the irradiation from UV nail polish dryers can cause so much damage that cells die.
“There was a huge amount of DNA damage that happened to the cell that caused it to die. When we saw the cell death, we wanted to understand why,” Zhivagui explained.
Cell death on its own is not harmful, Owens stated. But when coupled with too many mutations or too much damage, such as with UV nail dryers, it can be indicative of a larger issue.
“Cell death is a natural process,” Owens said. “But it can be [bad] if too many cells die or if the wrong cells die.”
This damage to the cell’s components can also lead to mutations.
“What we see at this point is that some cells die, while some cells remain alive and active,” Zhivagui said. “When we look at these alive cells, they’re not really functioning properly as normal cells because they have these huge molecules that are kind of toxic [and] induce harm on your DNA … that [lead] to mutation induction … There was an increased number of mutations in exposed samples compared to the control.”
Zhivagui also shared that the cells all mutated in a similar way, something that is not uncommon enough to provide a direct link to the effects of the UV nail polish dryer. “Basically, different sources … cause different chemical effects on the DNA,” Owens explained. “So they cause different kinds and different patterns of mutation.”
According to the report, there are about three million people attending nail appointments daily in the United States. The researchers determined that clients who regularly get gel nails do so about every two weeks. These regular clients are at greater risk for cell death, mutations, and mitochondria dysfunction. However, although Zhivagui and her team focus on damage caused by prolonged use of these UV nail polish dryers, they found that exposure for short periods of time can also damage cells.
“We tested twenty minutes of exposure for mutation induction, but we also checked within two minutes and five minutes,” she said. “Even after five minutes of exposure to these machines can engender and cause up to around 10% cell death ... That was really concerning.”
The device the researchers used, however, was not professional grade — Zhivagui bought them online.
“[It] was from Amazon, and this is a machine that anybody can purchase for in-home usage,” she said. “We know the machines at salons most likely have a higher energy. The UV light [in those] is more potent.” This, she clarified, meant that the results would likely be stronger in the case of UV devices found in salons.
Their findings impact more people than just nail salon goers. Owens applauds this research for its far-reaching applications saying, “There’s this bigger story about UV-A, how people didn’t quite realize how carcinogenic it was, and how it can cause cancer. That’s a broader issue.”
Zhivagui touched on some of these applications, such as UV lamps used by dentists for fillings as well as those used for hair loss treatment.
“You have UV lamps used in dentistry for curing your fillings, [and there] are some for hair treatments … for hair loss,” Zhivagui asserted.
However, both Zhivagui and Owens posited that the risk of cancer is greater depending on the level of radiation and cumulative damage from regular exposure to such devices.
“If you only get a filling once every couple of years, it’s probably not a big deal,” Owens stated. “A lot of this is dose-dependent. So, go, and get your filling if you need it — it’s better than having a rotten tooth.”
In comparison to, say, getting dental fillings, salons repeatedly expose regular clients seeking gel nails to UV-A. “The salons are using these high-powered [nail polish dryers] to get things done quickly.” Owens said.”You have to start thinking, ‘Okay, is this worth it?’ You have to think about what the risks and benefits are.”
For someone who may not want to give up getting gel nails done, Zhivagui has some tips.
“My advice would be to limit exposure … Don’t get it as often,” she said. “You can also use preventative measures. For example, you can use protective gloves [which come] with the fingertips exposed. And definitely [use waterproof] sunscreen with SPF 30 and above, preferably SPF 50 to protect the hands … 20 minutes before going into the machine.”
