A bombshell report from the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) revealed that migrants on the federal government’s “Terrorist Watch List” were able to secure Medicaid after being released into the United States by former President Joe Biden’s administration.
According to DOGE officials, about 6,300 of Biden’s migrants — paroled into the U.S. interior with no immigration status — were either on the Terrorist Watch List or had criminal records and yet were still rewarded work permits and Social Security numbers.
The DOGE report found that 905 of the migrants, including four on the Terrorist Watch List, had been collecting Medicaid benefits totaling $276,000 in American taxpayer dollars. Another 41 were collecting unemployment benefits totaling $42,000.
Similarly, 22 of the migrants received tax refunds in 2024 totaling $751,000 and several more received food stamp benefits.
The report comes as President Donald Trump’s administration revoked parole of those 6,300 migrants with criminal records or on the Terrorist Watch List, making them priorities for deportation.
This week, DOGE official Antonio Gracias said not only were Biden’s parole migrants taking taxpayer-funded benefits like Medicaid, but thousands were found on a handful of states’ voter rolls.
“We looked at voter rolls and we found that thousands are registered to vote in friendly states. And we looked even further in those friendly states and found that many of those people had actually voted,” Gracias said. “It was shocking to us. If I hadn’t seen this with my own eyes, I wouldn’t believe it … it is shockingly bad.”

Trump Admin Strips Benefits From Thousands Of Aliens On Terror Watchlist
The Trump administration is revoking the parole of thousands of immigrants who they have found to have criminal records or to be on the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center watchlist, a senior White House official told the Daily Caller.
Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has identified 6,300 individuals who were paroled into the United States since 2023, during the Biden administration, but are on the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center or have a criminal record, a senior White House official shared with the Caller. The source was granted anonymity to discuss the details not yet announced. Every individual CBP identified is having their parole, which gives them benefits such as work authorization, stripped immediately, the official told the Caller.
“Among the 6.3k paroled aliens with criminal or terrorist records, 905 were collecting Medicaid (including 4 on the terrorist watch list). $276,000 was paid out,” the official shared with the Caller, adding that all had Social Security numbers. “41 were collecting Unemployment Insurance, receiving $42,000 in benefits. 22 received federal student loans totaling $280,000.”

Other immigrants granted parole under the Biden administration have also had their benefits stripped by the Trump White House. In March, termination notices started being delivered to hundreds of thousands of migrants who entered the United States through a fraud-ridden parole program launched by the Biden administration. The program, CHNV, was terminated by the Trump administration last month.
Under the initiative, half-a-million migrants were flown in from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela over the past several years.
“They allowed more than half a million loosely vetted aliens from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela and their immediate family members to enter the United States through these disastrous parole programs; granted them opportunities to compete for American jobs and undercut American workers; forced career civil servants to promote the programs even when fraud was identified; and then blamed Republicans in Congress for the chaos that ensued and the crime that followed,” a senior DHS official previously said of the announcement.

14 Illegal Aliens Charged With Stealing Social Security Numbers From U.S. Citizens
More than a dozen illegal aliens are facing federal charges for allegedly stealing the identities of American citizens and defrauding the Social Security Administration, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced Friday.
According to a press release from the agency’s Tampa field office, 18 illegal aliens, 12 of whom are from Honduras, were each charged with aggravated identity theft, misuse of Social Security numbers, and false statements regarding citizenship with the intent to engage unlawfully in employment. Each defendant — including one Guatemalan and one Mexican national — were each indicted on separate dates over the past two years.
If convicted on all counts, each faces a minimum penalty of two years, up to 12 years, in federal prison, ICE noted in the press release.
The arrests were made as part of an inter-agency operation that included ICE, U.S. Customs And Border Patrol, the U.S. Department of Labor and several local law enforcement agencies in Florida, among others.
The arrests come as the Trump Administration seeks to crack down on identify theft committed by illegal aliens.
An Arizona woman recently pleaded guilty in federal court to defrauding U.S. companies in a scheme that generated roughly $17 million for herself and the authoritarian government of North Korea.
Christina Marie Chapman, 48, of Litchfield Park, Arizona pleaded guilty in federal court to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, identity theft, and conspiracy to launder monetary instruments, according to a press release from U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.
Chapman was involved in a scheme that assisted foreign IT workers who posed as U.S. citizens in order to work remote jobs for more than 300 American companies. The scheme generated nearly $17 million in illicit revenue for herself and for the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) government, according to the news release.
In addition, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) announced a deal with ICE to help the agency more easily locate and detain illegal aliens with outstanding deportation orders. The agency is also developing a task force to find and detain illegal aliens who are engaged in identity theft and Social Security fraud.
